Processing, Design & Shipping
After placing your order, check your email for instructions to complete your design brief. Your design brief gives our team the information needed to create your artwork, including your logo, contact information, offer, preferred colors, photos, and any other details you want included.
Once we receive your design brief, our team will prepare your initial design for review. You’ll have an opportunity to request revisions before approving the final artwork for print. Production does not begin until your design is approved, because apparently printing thousands of the wrong thing is still considered a poor business strategy.
Please review all text, phone numbers, URLs, QR codes, pricing, offers, dates, and other details carefully before approval. By approving the design, you confirm that the artwork is accurate and ready for production. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.
After final design approval, printing typically takes 7–10 business days. Shipping to your address takes an additional 5–8 days.
We currently ship within the continental United States only and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Print & Production Variations
Because each order is custom printed, minor variations in color, finish, size, texture, and material may occur between production runs. Repeat orders may also vary slightly from previous orders due to differences in equipment, materials, and printing conditions.
These variations are normal within the printing industry and are not considered defects.
Refunds, replacements, or account credits are provided only for confirmed manufacturing or structural defects.
